availability targets
- Free tier — 99.9% monthly uptime (three nines).
- Pro and higher — 99.95% monthly uptime (three and a half nines).
Uptime percentages are computed on a calendar-month basis against the hosted whitelabel.dev platform surfaces represented by our public monitors — not isolated single-tenant workspaces unless separately contracted.
service credits (Pro+)
If verified monthly uptime for an eligible subscription falls below the tier target above, impacted customers may request a service credit computed as 10% of that month's recurring subscription fee for each full clock hour of uptime shortfall attributable to qualifying platform incidents beyond the SLA target.
- Credits stack by full hour boundary (UTC).
- Capped at one hundred percent (100%) of the affected month's subscription fee unless law requires otherwise.
- Excluded causes follow standard exclusions (customer misuse, third-party outages outside our vendors, beta features, suspension for non-payment, etc.). Claims require a ticket within thirty days of invoice.
ninety-day measured platform uptime (rolling ninety calendar days, UTC hourly buckets — worst status per monitor per hour, same methodology as the main status page)
81.66%
All enabled monitors observed at least one check in each counted hour — an hour contributes only when every probe has telemetry; counted hours whose combined worst statuses are uniformly "up" divide the numerator. This rollup is deliberately strict and may diverge from per-surface KPIs shown on the homepage.
